Today I am here  with Samosa's recipe I will give you important tips on how to make perfect samosas So, let's get started with the recipe flour thyme ghee water Oil For samosa's fillings, Potato fried cumin and coriander seeds peanut ginger,  cut in small dices finely chopped green onion garam masala red chilly powder salt boiled green peas At last,dried mango powder. if you don't have this, use lemon. 

Follow all steps

Now, in a big bowl, keep flour to kneed Add thyme Add ghee kneed it for two to three minutes. while kneeding, check flour like above If it forms like this, 1st part of kneeding process is done. this does not let bubble form in samosa and makes samosa crispy.

 add little salt add water slowly and kneed At first, soak flour a bit only gradually, start adding water dough must NOT be soft. it must be bit stiff. Our dough is ready. Now, we will cover it we will ready our fillings till then. heat the pan and add ghee when ghee starts to melt, add cumin and coriander add ginger and stir well heat must be medium chop the potatoes and add in to the pan stir it a bit add peas peanut green chilly garam malasa red chilly powder dried mango powder salt as per taste mash potatoes while cooking our filling is ready,

 I turned off the heat out dough is ready now take a piece and roll it roll it without adding flour while making samosa, we will not make our dough circle, make it like above. After that, cut it from middle do as above we need water to close our samosa perfectly grease it with water like above shape it like samosa do it, as it is done above. when it is done, It turns to be cone Now, we will fill our fillings If you don't have time you can have this filling with beaten rice after adding filling bend it from backside of samosa It let's samosa to sit perfectly Now, stretch it from everyside a bit and close it I greased it with water and closed it Close it nicely If you don't close it nicely all fillings will come out while cooking. we must close this nicely, so that fillings don't come out.

 Our samosa is ready make samosa from remaining dough as well heat oil in low heat when oil starts to heat add our samosa we should stir it in two to three minutes Please cook it in low heat only when done like it cooks perfectly and becomes crispy. we will fry this for 10 to 12 minutes because of slow cooking, It becomes crunchy I am taking it out now fry remaining samosas as well I served samosa like this.
